Ok, let me tell you a little story about something I have recently been going through. Over a month ago my phone contract ran out and I decided to switch to T-Mobile. No contract sounds appealing to more than just me, right? While there, the rep talked my husband into also switching even though he was still under contract and they would pay the early termination fees for his phone and my youngest son’s phone. $700 later we are all with T-Mobile and happy as can be until my ETF submission was declined not once, but twice. As you may imagine, we were Not very happy campers. It all came down to how our previous carrier (I will not mention names here) lumped our ETF fees together and as T-Mobile has a limit on how much they will reimburse per line they needed fees itemized. After calling the previous carrier and requesting an itemized bill and being not so nicely Declined we were even more unhappy. Actually, unhappy is quite an understatement, livid might be more appropriate. Anyway, I refused to just let this go and Nicely persisted until my submission was bumped up for review by the higher powers that be. Today I received the notification my submission for reimbursement was approved and I should be receiving it in the near future. $700 can buy quite a few new pairs of shoes. 🙂 I promised myself you guys were going to hear this story whether it had a happy ending or a sad one. The point is, I am very pleased with T-Mobile for standing by their word and honoring their policy and I believe in letting others know when a company does the right thing. I should also tell you who the other company was (obviously bitter we left and completely uncooperative – leaving no doubt in our minds now we will Ever reconsider them in the future), but I will take the higher road.
Looking at my photos now, I suppose I could have added a necklace. Again, I didn’t feel like it was a major Need because of all the pretty sequins on my tee. And true to my word, I did a little something different with my hair by adding a cute flower headband. Sorry about the cleavage. This was a prefect example of a top that looks fine standing straight in front of a mirror, but beware moving around too much. Oh well, lessons learned. So that’s it for today. Happy Friday, y’all!
