I love this black and white gingham shirt. I literally have to make myself Not wear it with all the things. It could go under any sweater, cardigan, blazer, vest, jacket in every color and look fabulous. Then of course I love my black and white polka dot skirt. Anytime I wear it compliments abound. So naturally I thought they would be a fun pair together. I kept the whole look monochromatic, but can also picture it with some pretty shades of color as well.
One of the main reasons I stuck with the black and white look (other than I love it!), is because I knew I was going to be wearing these black Kushyfoot Shaping Tights. I know some people are all for black tights and colored shoes together, but that still pushes me a little too much outside my comfort zone. Maybe if I tried it once or twice?
Anyway, back to these tights. I decided to wear these on a day I knew I would be going non-stop literally all day. According to the website they offer a “massaging sole for extra comfort” and I wanted to test it out. As soon as I slipped them on I noticed a difference immediately versus my regular tights. The sole is ribbed and gave a gentle, comforting squeeze to my tootsies. Not only were the soles comfy, but as I pulled them up and on, I really liked how they hugged me all over. There is additional ribbing in the tummy and hip area and I enjoyed how they pulled everything together nicely without making me feel like I couldn’t move or breathe. By the end of my marathon day I no longer had on these adorable heels that I oh so love, and had switched to flats, but I could still feel the nice cushiony grip on my feet. All in all, I would say I would highly recommend these tights. Not only are they really comfortable, but also very affordable.
