One more thing, I have teamed up with an amazing group of bloggers and we are sponsoring a giveaway for one lucky follower over on Instagram. The winner will receive a $600 Visa Gift Card. There is still time to enter, so if you don’t already follow me on IG now is the perfect time to start! Just look for the $600 Visa Gift Card photo and follow the instructions.
So today I bring you lots of layers, as it is positively freezing here! I have on a cami, gingham button down shirt, thick striped sweater and my quilted vest, so please excuse me if I look a little pudgier than usual. Today’s look is all about staying warm and comfy.
It’s is also about my Scala Collezione Rain Hat, which I have been enjoying for a few weeks now. I don’t know about y’all, but I am the worst about not having the best of luck with umbrellas. I either don’t have one, or I only need to run in and out and don’t want to bother with one, or when I am trying to close it up getting back into my car I get wetter than I would have if I hadn’t used it at all. Maybe all those things are just me. Anyway, since I received this rainhat to review, I have been using it instead. My primary concern is generally keeping my hair protected from the elements, especially since it is naturally super curly. As long as it stays dry, I am a happy girl. It’s been super easy for me to keep in my glovebox or purse and just pull out when I need and gives me much more freedom to dart around in the rain.
Wearing: Hat – c/o Scala Collezione Rainhat // Shirt – Old Navy // Sweater – Joe Fresh, JCPenney // Vest – Old Navy // Jeans – The Rockstar, Old Navy // Boots – Liz Claibrone “Renae”, JCPenney // Necklace – NY&Co. // Sunglasses – Nine West
If you interested in checking out these great rain hats for yourself or as a gift, they come in a variety of colors and are one size fits all. Plus they have the most adorable black and white polka dotted lining. Y’all know I love that! One more thing, I took my hat on and off during these photos and have positively zero hat hair; another plus in my opinion.
Disclaimer: I was provided a Scala Collezione Rain Hat to review. All thoughts and opinions are purely my own.
