Happy Friday, y’all! Can you believe it is mid-March? Seems like it was just New Year’s Eve a few days ago. While I do not wish for time to be whizzing on by me, I am quite pleased to see Spring is just around the corner. As much as I do enjoy all the options layering brings during the cold months, Winter is my least favorite season.
I just want to take a brief moment to talk about the new blog design. So what do you think?! I thought we would go live on Monday, but then figured why wait? I am still working through little things, because once you start with the hands on aspect, things come to light you didn’t necessarily think of while in the design stage. I must say I am delighted with how it all came together. Tautvydas of Graphic Cookies did an amazing job of interpreting my ideas and making them come to life! I don’t believe I could have asked for a better experience. I discovered him when I purchased my original premade blogger template from his etsy shop, He was so helpful and prompt with questions and extra services, I immediately knew when I wanted to take the next step for custom design work he was my man. If you are ever in the market, I highly recommend his work.

Doing a little pattern mixing today with a couple of my favorite prints and color combinations. Y’all of course know I love polka dots, but I have been really drawn to gingham of late. I only have a couple of gingham shirts in my wardrobe and I really would love to add some more, especially as spring is on its way and I can picture all sorts of pretty colors waiting to be worn.
