The only draw back I have experienced so far has to do with taking blog photos. See, I leave a little early in the mornings on my way to the office to take my photos, which then appear here a day or so later. Since it is still dark when I leave in the mornings now, I am forced to adjust my schedule and locale. I know most bloggers are happy for the extra daylight to take photos in the evenings, but that really doesn’t work for me for a couple of different reasons. 1. I look my best first thing in the morning when my I am well rested and freshly groomed. 2. Since I only blog things that I actually wear, by the time 5 rolled around my look of the day would be less than blog worthy. I don’t think y’all are really interested in seeing either of those things over here.
So have you adjusted yet to the time change? Thankfully I was able to get in plenty of rest and relaxation this weekend, so I haven’t had a tough time getting out of bed… yet. I am so loving the extra sunshine in the evenings and definitely feel as though my motivation to do more than hibernate is coming back.

So as spring is approaching, at least according to the calendar, I find myself wanting to get some more wear out of my plaid shirts and boots before it is time to set them aside. This Joe Fresh plaid shirt has turned out to be my very favorite of all the ones I added to my wardrobe this season. Since it is lightweight and not flannel, I probably can get away with wearing it even into spring for a bit. Do you have any pieces you hope to carry over as the weather warms up?
