Yay for Friday! Goodness, this week just flew by, but you won’t hear me complaining. I still do not have all of my computer issues resolved, however, I was able to make it work with some planning and free wi-fi. Have any big plans for the weekend? Not sure what I am up to yet, but I seriously need to get some cleaning done. Time has been short in short supply this week, and I have little stacks of things in what seems like every room that need to be put away. You know how it is – run in, drop it, and run out again. I am very much a clutter free kind of gal, so it is making me a bit crazy at the moment.
Today’s ensemble was actually what I was planning on posting yesterday. I chose to go with some bold color choices again with this look. My wardrobe has very little floral in it., and I don’t know why, but I struggle with styling it (which probably explains why I have so little!). However, I happen to love how this all came together. I received many compliments on it throughout the day.
And how fun are these bright green pumps?! They remind me of Granny Smith apples. Since they are such a bright and unusual color, I do not often have the opportunity to wear them. I felt they were a perfect match to the bright green in my blouse and have no idea why the pairing hadn’t occurred to me before. It is so funny how once I try things on, the entire look sometimes evolves through trial and error. My initial outfit idea was totally different!
