Disclosure: The following post is for a TKO Running Belt which was provided to me for review. All thoughts and opinions of the product are completely my own.
Just got back in from my morning walk and thought it would be the perfect time to talk to you about my TKO running belt. Like many people, when the new year rolled around I rededicated myself to getting back into shape and exercising on a more regular basis. I am extremely grateful to have a beautiful walking trail just behind my office, and I’ve been getting out most days during lunch and taking full advantage of it. Over the past month my TKO running belt has become a welcome addition to my daily outings.
The running belt is thin, but the pockets expand depending on what you need to fit inside them. My cell phone slides in easily and with plenty of room to spare. I normally keep my i-Pod, earbuds, money, and fitbit stored in one pocket so I am instantly ready to go when the mood strikes, and just toss my keys and phone in the other pocket as I head out the door.
In addition to the two zippered pockets, it also offers reflective trim, which I find handy when I choose to walk around the neighborhood in the evening. The belt comes in four different accent colors – onyx, sapphire, lime, and wild berry (as seen here). The waistband is fully adjustable and I love that it stays put when I am getting my fitness on. I usually walk and sprint at intervals and haven’t had any problems with it riding up or getting in the way. I will say that while the belt is adjustable and has plenty of elastic, the length itself is not very long.
All in all, I have been loving the convenience and accessibility the TKO Running Belt has provided me while helping me stick to my New Year’s resolutions.
