In the Navy with Polka Dots
[dropcaps]S[/dropcaps]ince the weather is warming up and it feels like spring has officially arrived, I decided to pull out some spring colors again. Navy and green are a favorite color combination and the addition of polka dots made it even better. Since this color combination gives off a nautical vibe, in my opinion, I added this navy tassel necklace with cute little seafaring charms. I realized it’s been awhile since I featured my blog’s moniker, so it was high time polka dots made an appearance here again.
I am in Love with these Kelly green pumps I’ve owned for a couple of years now. You have no idea how difficult it was to find a pair of pumps this color. I like the little details and even though the heels aren’t as high as my norm, I still think they are just perfect. I always receive compliments whenever I wear them.
I painted my nails Kelly green for the week. No one will be pinching me! Now I am wishing I had taken a better close up shot, because my chevron accent nails are so cute. I’ve been trying to do better about taking the time to do my nails more often, and my new Emjoi Micro-Nail has been helping me out. You can read more about it here.

As I am in the process of letting my hair grow out, I have been open to trying different things to prevent myself from getting frustrated and deciding on a whim to chop it all off again. I’ve purchased a few cute soft headbands and have been incorporating them into my looks more. I’ve been delighted with the selection that is currently available with all of the pretty beading and patterns. They have offered more styling options, which has been key to me as I going through this process. The hair color changes have helped, too!
