Disclosure – The Mora Booty in this post were provided to me by Rialto Shoes. All thoughts and opinions are completely my own.
So on my “Life Happens” day earlier this week, I was home in bed sick. It was one of those days when you just seriously not want to do anything but sleep, watch television, sleep some more, and so on. Well, during this time I finally decided to start watching The Walking Dead and now I am hooked. I am not sure why I never checked it out before, as I love to read Stephen King, and I would say this series is reminiscent of his style. I have completed season one and just starting season two. I do have to admit there are plenty of scenes where I have to look away, but I find the camaraderie of this group brought together and their basic will to survive engaging.
Now for the fashion – Today I am sharing some really cool patchwork booties from Rialto Shoes. As soon as I saw these Mora Multi Suedette Booties in Cocoa I was hooked! The patchwork of colors – three shades of brown- really appealed to me and I like the fact they are unique. I am loving the whole 70’s vibe. These booties also come in Merlot, Navy, and Black. The block heel is not only very on-trend at the moment, but offers additional support and comfort – plus there is a textured tread for a greater grip. This booty would be perfect with a pair of kick flares, but since I don’t have any at the moment, I will for sure be wearing them with my regular flares and skinny jeans over the coming months.

Last week’s most clicked link goes to Shelbee on the Edge. Such light and pretty layers for fall, Shelbee!
I loved Ask Susan Bell‘s post featuring this fab “Berit” cardigan. Super cool styling with the graphic tee, cargo skirt, and booties.
Amy’s Creative Pursuits was another one of my faves from last week. I really love how her burgundy bag stand out against her neutral greys and black.
