Disclosure: The top in this post was provided to me. All thoughts about it are completely honest and my own.
This year I have been really attracted to beautiful, white shirts with interesting details. Maybe I am just seeing more out there than I have in the past, but I am having a hard time passing one up when I see it. Here is another one from a post earlier this year. This crochet lace top is another gorgeous item I couldn’t wait to wear. Even though it has long sleeves, its hollow out texture gives it plenty of air to breathe, so I didn’t feel too warm wearing it with a nude tank underneath. I am also picturing this with a black tank in the future for a cool contrast. I am in love with the circle details along the hemline and sleeves. As you can see, these sleeves are on the long side. I did pull them back as I was wearing this with no problem and it wasn’t something that annoyed me. For these photos I primarily let them drape to show off the detail. Keep in mind I am a petite, so my arms are shorter. This may not be the case for average or tall people.
Since I wore this crochet lace top over the weekend I kept it casual with distressed jeans and neutrals. The hollow out lace detail makes such a statement on its on I decided to forgo a necklace or bracelets. I have on some earrings, but they kind of disappeared under my curls. I thought it would be cool to mimic the cut out detail of the top with my laser cutout tote and heeled sandals.

I am looking for Fabulous Friday Co-Hosts! It’s a great way to have your blog featured and be introduced to a new audience. If you are interested just send me a quick line ∼ email@example.com.
So happy to have Cristina join me as co-host this week! This is her very first time to co-host a linkup, so I hope everyone gives her a wonderful welcome.
Co-Host – Cristina of Memories of the Pacific
Pacific is a lifestyle blog where I share my biggest passions: traveling,
photography, fashion, food and books. You may wonder why I chose Memories
of the Pacific as its name. Back in 2009, a year after I graduated from
university, I set off on my biggest adventure so far. I moved to California
for a year. It was an unforgettable experience that changed my life
forever. The blog mixes my current life in Spain with flashbacks to my year
in America. Nowadays I work full time as an ESL teacher in Spain. One of
the goals of this blog is to help out ESL students who are also keen on
fashion, food and traveling and want to practice their reading skills and
learn new vocabulary related to those topics.
My favorite look from last week’s linkup goes to Ruth from My Little Nest. Her striped red OTS dress is just too cute with her sneakers and anchor necklace. Make sure you stop by Cristina’s post to see who she is featuring this week!
